Hey Maria,
Hope you are well. Have been getting on really well actually. Haven’t
had a drink since I met you and it’s really given me the clear head I need
to make some important decisions about career and personal plans. Lately
I’ve kind of had the urge to have some red wine with dinner (just for the
taste/experience) and had a moment where I just wanted to get p*ssed but I
just have to remind myself that if I have one that I will be back at
square one. I’ve started listening to the orange liquid cd at night and
it relaxes me. I know I should do the EFT more.

I wanted to email you as I had a glass of wine last night- it was a
special occasion spent with my best friends who know my situation... I was
fine at one and it really relaxed me which is the relationship I'd like to
have with alcohol. I feel I have a different mindset now when it comes to
drink and no longer feel I need it for confidence but just to relax and
enjoy.

Early days yet but your hypnotherapy seems to be having the desired
effect. My self esteem increased considerably after the session and at
present I'm managing to hold it up there. Keep remembering some of the
mental pictures I had, remember that when tempted to start drinking. I'll

I have a very bad problem talking to people and being myself, a lack in
confidence. Even around my friends I get a paranoid feeling that they
dislike me and talk behind my back. Which then throws me into a sort of
depression. I know I can be funny and fun to be around, but as soon as I
start getting like that, I get knocked down by the lack of confidence and
paranoid issues.

All I can say is that I have gone from a 30-a-day absolute confirmed
smoker - and I mean confirmed, I couldn't go through the night without
having a fag - every time I stirred I would have one - and I didn't open
my eyes in the morning without first lighting up - to a NON SMOKER.
Unbelievable, it doesn't add up! And it was much easier than I expected,
not the ordeal I thought it would be. Thanks again for your invaluable
help

FEAR OF FLYING
Hi Maria,
My flight went really really well, massive difference!!! I didn't want
to think about flying before the actual flight as I didn't even want to
test myself if it was going to work.... Just before the flight I used
little bit of the EFT method in the airport. I wouldn't say I was worried,
only sometimes a slightly worrying "picture" appeared but as the old
patterns were broken, these "pictures" were gone very quickly. It was only
after the actual flight departure when I started noticing the massive
difference and I guess I was a "fun flyer"! Thank you so much!!!
