 REIKI TRAINING

Reiki is taught at 3 levels or Degrees. These levels must be completed in order - though not all have to be done to use Reiki.
 REI= (Universal)          KI =  (Energy)
First Degree Reiki or Reiki 1- SHODEN - meaning 'First Teaching' - Self Treatment
Is primarily for the self. Also teaches methods for treating others with hands-on healing for use on friends  and family
Second Degree Reiki or Reiki 2 - OKUDEN
Often looked on as the Practitioner Level ie it passes on Sacred Symbols (attunements) that enable the person to access and focus Reiki in a more powerful way & also to use distance healing.
Third Degree or Reiki Master - SHINPIDEN
For those who have made a deep commitment to Reiki, using it in their lives. The full Third Degree initiation enables them to initiate others to use Reiki & to work with Master  energies.
 
WHO CAN LEARN REIKI ?
Anyone can learn the art of Reiki healing. The techniques for Reiki are easily learned and accessible to everyone but Reiki cannot be learned from a book alone or self-taught. You will first need to be attuned, or initiated, by a Reiki Master. Reiki is not a religion and can be practised by people of different faiths. It is successfully used by  people of many differing religions, philosophies and ages. To learn Reiki, all  you need is a sincere commitment to helping yourself and others.
 
REIKI 1 - SHODEN
Will permanently connect you to Reiki enabling you to give healing to yourself and others. You will learn howto give a full body treatment on others and self treatment. This course is taught over 2 days in classes
The course will include :
  • Your attunement to Shoden Reiki 1
  • The Five Precepts
  • The system of Reiki
  • Techniques & meditations
  • A full and comprehensive manual including all the information that you need to know written by Frans & Bronwen Stiene, authors of 'The Japanese Art of Reiki', 'The Reiki Sourcebook', The 'A-Z of Reiki Pocket book', 'Reiki Techniques card deck' and 'Your Reiki Treatment'
  • Full instruction and advice on everything included in the manual
  • An  opportunity to try your new found Reiki out on others and receive a treatment yourself
  • Self treatment
  • Developing your connection with Reiki
  • A certificate showing that you have been attuned to Reiki 1

Hi Maria.
I just thought I would drop a quick line across to you to say that I really enjoyed the 2 day reiki course that D and I completed at the weekend and that I can really feel my energy levels having definitely increased.  It’s a great way of kickstarting you into a healthier lifestyle i.e I am determined to drink a lot more water than I have done to date, more fruit (and less chocolate) and keep an eye on what I eat too!
